Vt FULL interior conversion into VL

So I have aquired a rolling VT with all the Ss goodies ... the car I'm planning to put it into is an 87 VL V8 ... all standard 304 carby ... I was just curious if anyone has ever done a full conversion in this car before ... I know and understand it's a pain to do but I like a good challenge. .. what I am mainly interested in is getting the dash to work completely with the 304 engine ... the ecu and wore loom is all ecotec stuff ... I was think it could be possible to trick the ecu into thinking an ecotec is running with all the basic sensors of the 304 motor (oil pressure, water temp, knock sensor etc..) ... also gonna use the power window modules from the vt aswell installing then in the vl ...

Any suggestions (sensible ones lol) would be appreciated. ..

And yes I know I'm gonna cop a lot of flak for doing this too haha
