Blackvue Dashcam not working in SV6

Im trying to hook up my blackvue dashcam with the power magic control box into my sv6 but cant get it running.

I had it running previously in my last car and can get it running when the cam is hooked straight to the cig lighter but when the power magic box is involved it wont turn on.

I've checked that I got power at all different points including at the plug that goes into the cam but still nothing.

I really want to keep the power magic box as it allows the cam to run 24/7 unless battery voltage drops too low thus turning the cam off to save the battery.

Any ideas guys?
