Today after 8.5 years I had to change my headlights , One blew last night so never having to buy any before and what to get, was a bit confusing but I got it sorted out after a bit of research. I figured that if one blew the other will not be far away .so I change them both. I was never really happy with the beam from the projector headlights .
They were original globes from new which is pretty good.
I put in Narva 130 and boy it does make a big difference from the original globes, but I must admit that there is a right way and a wrong way it took me several hour on the drivers side and about a minute on the passengers side , I have big hands with lots of cuts now.
It was not until I went for a drive at night that I noticed that something was not right and after spending $90
I was a bit disappointed, about the beam.
There were dark shadows throughout the beam. I was not impressed with what I had done , then I thought that this can not be right.
I turned the globes up the other way and went for a drive and yes it was different and I could see the light it was easier to turn them up because I just released the wire and turned the globe while still in the socket. :rofl2:
