2008 HSV Rad fans, horn, indicator problem

Hi had the car overheat when fans didn't come on and some electrics started playing up at same time with horn stopping working and indicators flashing fast
Went into the garage and did the dianostics and it seemed to sort itself!
Everything started working again until six days later when over heat, fast indicators and no horn happened again
Anyone seen this before ?
