Reddish liquid radiator leak???

Hey guys

My son rang me and told me that his temp gauge was at max and getting a drive train error.. I drove home and had a look under the bonnet and it appears that the radiator fluid is leaking as its empty.

I noticed that there is red fluid on what appears to be a silver bottle in front of the radiator and liquid sprayed onto the front of this radiator whoever it looks small than the other radiator.

Any ideas?
