Low/high beam globes

Hi sorry to all this is nothing new here but I have searched and read but haven't found exactly what I was looking for.
Vx commodore V6 Acclaim.

Both High beam globes were missing when I brought this car.
Are the high beam 60/55 watt the same as the low beam??
I tried searching for a complete set on ebay, 2 low beam and 2 high beam, but I can only find a set for the 2 low beam.
I want to find a set that has been mentioned in this site I think Navara plus in a set.
