Never had a problem....till now!

Driving happily till I got an overheating message. Pulled over and shut it down. The top hose of the radiator had blown off dumping all the coolant. On closer inspection the radiator outlet had cracked off all the way around and was still under the clamp in the hose.

New radiator will need to be installed.

Anyone else seen this?
