VFII LS3 Induction and Extractors - Noticeable power or Torque increase?

Hi All

Just wondering if adding extractors , high flow cat, modded induction and tune to a Standard VFII redline will make a noticeable difference? Im thinking keep the standard 2 1/4 " exhaust system. Anyone on here done this and if so what gains did you see?

Also does this effect the standard warranty on the vehicle?
