My VS ecotec V6 that at some point was converted to manual isn't running properly. The idle constantly searches up and down and eventually stalls . It can be driven but is a pain in the bum. Plus it is running rich so is not efficient and lacks power. I've swapped just about everything I can to elliminate the problem with zero progress . Swapped computer ... Water temp sensor , temp gauge sensor , everything from the throttle body all way to the airFilter , cleaned the throttle body ( it was already clean ) , spark plugs are new . Auto electrician who knows his Commodores has looked at it multiple times and plugged his diagnosis computer into it three times and is now just scratching his head. Scan only told us that it has an idle control problem and it's over fueling ( we already knew that much ). I've had this problem for three years and have had to just deal with the bummer when I want to use the car. I usually just unplug the idle control and it sets the revs at what ever they are at when unplugged. But this doesn't fix it and doesn't last long. Sometimes not even the day. Any ideas could help or some might know exactly wats going on. This is my 4th commy and I've had plenty of cars and always been able to fix any problems I've come accross until this. Which really sucks because I like these holdens as they usually are easy to fix and work on . Words can not express my frustration at this point tho. Help me please someone
