Memcal chip for s/c statesman

Hello, lm gonna buy a s/c statesman auto and ive got a chip torque stage 2 memcal. Can i put the chip torque memcal into the s/c statesman without any problems? ( the chip torque memcal is out of a standard v6 auto. )
