Hey guys how are you, So i had a set of Pioneer TS-C160R sitting in my garage for years wrapped in news paper, they were installed in my VS which was a very long time ago :).
Anyway my OEM tweeter blew on the drivers side and i was itching to do another project :). I was thinking to show the crossovers off instead of just tucking them away hidden but keeping in mind i wanted the OEM look still.
So i took the trim off on the battery side as i saw their was a hollow section at the end of the trim so i made a custom pod out of fiberglass that sits in the hollow space, to in-house the crossovers see pics. Now all is left is the wiring.
I have also installed a amplifier for the free air sub-woofers in the parcel shelf the amp is hidden behind the trim. I will be amplifying the front components as well with a small amp that i have lined up for awhile. :).
