VT wagon .no power to rear of dial panel bulb circuit

air con and rear demister T5 bulbs work

cant get any new bulb to work on that printed panel for the three dials

thats 6 bulbs

doesnt look burnt out and bulb contacts are meeting up tightly

any clues ?
