Removing Front and rear seats VE SS V Series 1

Hi,
I am swapping out the leather seats to cloth seats, storing the leather seats until I may sell the car one day, plus in the summer the leather will get friggin hot.

How do I remove the seats , is it worth taking it to a shop to do like auto trimmers?
