vh headlight needs fixing,

today i bought a new headlight bulb for the drivers side as the high beam did not work (does low beam go off when the high beam goes on?) i get nothing when highbeam on

anyways i push in and turned the metal bracket plate that holds the globe to get it out but as i did that the hole inner reflector came loose and is moving around in the headlght

question is how do i take the headlight out and how to fix the loose inner part

still not sure if the bulb was gone or wiring need fixing but need the light housing fix first
