Prices to have tyres fitted?

As the title suggests, how much have you paid to have tyres fitted to rims? OR how much should I be expecting to pay?

I've just purchased some rims and already have some tyres here that I want to have fitted to them.

I'll give a few places a call tomorrow, but thought I might as well ask here to get a general idea first.
