back lights gone crazy, bake light flash with the blinker, VH wagon

can someopne tell me whats wrong with my back lights?

the brake lights flash when the blinker on and the blinkers are very dull

and the blinkers stay dully on when the lights are on,

also one of the reverse lights dont work at all even with a new bulb

ok i went out to play around to see what can be done, when the driver side blinker is on both brake lights flash brightly but the actual blinker bulb flashes very dully, took the drivers side brake bulb out and everything else now works as it should, what does this mean?
